Many of our products are available for 24 hour rush service. There is a rush charge of $37.50(V).

STANDARD PRODUCTION TIME:

5 working days, unless otherwise specified on individual product pages

REORDERS:

Please reference most recent purchase order or invoice number. Artwork is kept on file for two years.

BOX CHARGE:

A box charge of $3.25/box will be added to your final freight charges.

3RD PARTY BILLING:

SHIPPING METHOD:

Ground Prepaid unless otherwise specified. Please advise if you would like us to insure your shipment.

DROP SHIPMENTS:

$10(V) per destination (first location is no charge)
Gift Box Program - $2.50(V) per destination

Color variances are to be expected on each item, as no two bamboo pieces will be the exact same shade, even within the same lot. Due to natural variations in the grain, laser engraved imprints will have slightly different shades. After lasering, a tone-on-tone look is very common and should be expected.
